The CZS Center QPhoton as the operator of these pages takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We point out that data transmission over the Internet (eg communication by e-mail) security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Information on how data from your registration to an event organized by CZS Centre QPhoton will be processed.

1. Responsible and data protection officer

Information about the responsible person can be found in the imprint.

2. Description and categories of data

The form collects the data you enter in a structured manner in a database. The date and time are also recorded in the database.

3. Purpose

To carry out and confirm the registration, to organize the event.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is Article 6 (1) lit. e DS-GVO in conjunction with Article 6 (3) DS-GVO in conjunction with § 4 Landesdatenschutzgesetz.

5. Recipients

The recipients of the personal data submitted through this form are the employees of CZS Center QPhoton and the local workshop committee responsible for organizing the event.

For accounting reasons, the financial departments of the universities of Jena, Stuttgart and Ulm will receive a list of participants in order to process the catering invoices.

6. Duration of storage

After six months, the entry will be deleted from the database.

The list of participants is kept by the Finance Department for 10 years, together with the financial documents.

7. Consequences of non-disclosure, possibility of objection or cancellation

Registration and participation in the event cannot be carried out without providing the information marked as mandatory.

This electronic form is the easiest way to register. However, it is voluntary.
